Created directives for all stores to follow giving product placement direction by highlighting the current fashion trends, key product investments and promotional activity. It's a visual.

Large Format | Windows and Interior
​

Worked closely with internal and external partners to install large format images in the windows and interiors using various materials; low tack vinyl, fabric frames, magnetic images, raised letters.

Roll Outs | Components
​

Distributed window props appropriate to the window sizes. Ensured stores knew how to execute the windows with props. Solved for any issues that made it difficult for execution.
